It is so sad that most of the people on this site are gay men, what happened to the true nudists that used to be here. This is why I canceled my membership..... (

I'm not going to repeat Brian's last comment, well actually I suppose it was a very close to the truth "pondering".  BECAUSE IT'S TRUE! LOL!!! Glad he thot out loud and not me, I have enough problems with a trol on one of my own blogs here! But I'll not be renewing here, I have finally had to tell myself that the N\nudists do not care about Naturism,..., whatever their seedie lil'prefferences are.

Sounds like there's quite a few of us single men in the same situation... We just want to find FRIENDS! And it's not easy. I'd love to join a club in order to socialise with like minded (i.e. naturist) people, but as a single male its impossible. The best times I have had as a naturist are on specialist holidays run by a well known naturist travel company. They have no restrictions on singles and even run a couple of trips a year especially for people travelling on their own. But holidays are only one or two weeks a year. ;-(

We were on before as 'nakedandyclair' but got sick of the lewdness and crudeness of men towards clair as much as the bi and supposedly straight men that thought they could enhance our sex life.

We just pop in and out now to read brianp1553 blogs...best thing on here!

We found it much easier to meet genuine naturists at campsites etc.

What is the world coming to?

I said earlier in an earlier comment on this same blogg, that on our respected naturist site based in the UK, we typically have 60% of new members who choose to declare their sexuality as Bi or Gay. Needless to say these are male.

This weeks breakdown of members is that 100% fall into the Bi or Gay category.

Does this mean that Bi's or Gays are more likely to be Nudists/Naturists than the 'Straights'? or even that Nudist Websites are seen as the happy hunting ground for same sex preference contacts.

I so badly wanted to be around real people who felt comfortable without clothes.  Yes, I would liked to have met a real lady with the same feeling about being naked and having the same kind of FRIENDS.   I do not mind a male friend, but not anything other than to play golf, tennis, or sit around a have a couple of cocktails.  It should be like a normal setting, not a place for gay men to try to pick up other men.  This is why single men have trouble getting into a true nataulist group.  Heck I can rarely get a lady to reply.  I wonder if they are real.  It will show them chatting, but they rarely write back.  No, is OK, just say something,  I want to pursue this, but do not know where to go to do it.  I am open to some honest answers. I DO NOT DISLIKE GAY PEOPLE, BUT THAT IS NOT WHY I AM HERE.  I WANT FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!!  JUST HAVE GOOD CLEAN FUN AND ENJOY THE LIFESTYLE WE HAVE DECIDED TO PURSUE.  ALL YOU GAY PEOPLE DO YOUR OWN THING AND BE HAPPY.  LIKE I SAID, I HAVE SEVERAL GAY, AND LESBIAN FRIENDS, AND I LIKE THEM, BUT THAT IS NOT FOR ME.  SO, I AM ALL EARS.  ANY ADVISE WOULD BE HELPFUL.  I LIVE 20 MILES EAST OF TEXAS.  ABOUT 150 MILES FROM DALLAS.

We have a Naturist site in the UK, A very high proportion of the members are males, of these 60% or so, choose to declare their 'Gender' as Gay or Bi. There are also those that say they are straight males and even some straight couples. Whilst the Gay's and Bi's are not our specific area of interest, we can filter out those that are not of interest. Then there are those 'straights' just seeking sexual opportunities, to disgard as well.

So one way and another, you have to work hard at seeking contacts that fit in with your own 'ideal's - even then you can be dissapointed and have to 'drop' them when you find they have hidden agendas.

Take care,

Brian and Susan

Oh , I will NEVER be on another site. And this "group" of sites, yes they own a slew of these sights, is at the top of my list of "NO GO's".

I came back on a¿now seemingly TALL¿TALE¿that the site had cleaned-up. I finally got a female friend that is pretty into the "nudist" scene, aanr and all that bunk, to admit that there is a difference between "Naturists" and "nudists". I think if the folks had thot out "aanr", they'd have seen that a "way of life" is much different than a "thrill seeking" hobby. The key word here is "recreation".

I'm a Naturist and have seen the nudists take over-and my fellow Naturists, Male and Female alike, see nudists as our "bastard children".¿ You love them thru all the shame. I mean, "Naturism" was here first, we just gave the Human race too much credit that the "nudists" would filter out the perv splinter groups that now draw so much negative attention to the nudist lifestyle and the Naturists' Way of Life.¿ My way of life is vanishing, and I have "nudists" to thank for it. The aanr, Naturist Society and all the parks and resorts are nothing but about $$$$$. I rarely go since those "eye candy freaks" abound.
As for the Gays, well-better here than Home Depot.
Proud to be one of the last Virginia based "Primal Naturists" 1975 to ?
