8-7 Fri. I was down there this past Sunday, for the first time! WOW! What an experience !! get-together B.B.Q.and; there were LOADS of people down there!! Can't wait to go again! My friend Ron, introduced me to this type of lifestyle, years ago. When he invited me to go w./him down to Deep Creek, out in San Bernardino. See 'ya down there !!! Mark's an Aries

We know San Onofre well. The beach is still open to nude use in spite of the signs that say, No Nudity." The Naturist Action Committee and the Friends of San Onofre took the Calif Department of Parks and Recreation to court and won. The win could be temporary because the argument made was the the department hadn't followed proper administrative procedures in closing the beach to nude use. The department may still follow administrative procedures to arrive at a finding that nude use is detrimental to the general public well being.

I did visit San Onofre when I was there a couple of weeks ago.¿ The weather and the beach were delightful.¿ Pretty good crowd too, for a Friday! If I was still there, I would attend this weekend's BBQ.¿ Sounds like fun.¿ Hope you have a great time! ¿

It is most definitely going to be appealed. Can't Close the memories of many years. But they did close the Black's Beach in San Diego. So, any thing is possible. Any one knows if the nude beach in PV (Palis Verdes, CA) still open?

Last I heard, the NEC (I think that's their name) won the right to keep the beach open to the nudist lifestyle. There has been talk of appeals, but I haven't heard anything about further court cases.
